Warranty Information

BABY JOGGER® WARRANTIES

1. Baby Jogger® pushchairs' Lifetime Warranty on pushchair frames 
Newell Rubbermaid UK Services Ltd, Halifax Avenue, Fradley Park, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 8SS (“Newell”) offers a lifetime warranty on manufacturer defects (i.e. defects that occurred during the production process) regarding the frame of the pushchair for purchases made in the UK from the date of conclusion of the purchase contract. "Lifetime" means that the defects described above are covered for the entire time of use of the pushchair by the first-time user for children within the maximum weight limit as stated specified in the user manual. The first-time user must be in possession of the original purchase receipt. Required is a proper use, handling and care of the pushchair in accordance with the user manual. In the event that the first-time user discovers a defect in the frame of the pushchair that is covered by the Lifetime Warranty, he/she must assert the resulting warranty claim against Newell within 6 years of this discovery of the defect.  

This Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
o Corrosion or rust;
o Damages due to incorrect installation or assembly of third party parts or accessories;
o Intentional damages or damage due to misuse, accident, negligence or damages due to use on stairs or escalators;
o Attempts at repair by unauthorised persons or retailers; for information on authorised persons and retailers please contact the Newell consumer services at (https://www.babyjogger.eu/contact-us)
o Commercial use.

Conditions for claiming the lifetime warranty:
o Presentation of the original purchase receipt by first-time user;
o Presentation of serial number and manufacturing date which can be found on the frame of the pushchair; 
o Lifetime warranty claims must be reported to the consumer service at (https://www.babyjogger.eu/contact-us), presenting the purchase receipt, serial number, manufacturing date and an informative description of the manufacturer defect, including relevant images and/or video;
o In case of lifetime warranty claims meeting the above requirements (“Valid Warranty Claim”), Newell will provide the first-time user with a pre-paid shipping label for returning the defective pushchair;  
o If Valid Warranty claims are made outside of the country where the pushchair has been purchased, additional shipping charges for the return of the pushchair which may apply will be at the consumer's expense; 
o In case of valid warranty claims Newell will replace the affected component or the entire pushchair at its discretion.

2. Baby Jogger® products 2-Year Warranty 
This warranty is offered in relation to the other components of the Baby Jogger® pushchairs as well as car seats and other accessories for 2 years from the date of purchase. 
Proof of Purchase is required to make a warranty claim and the warranties are only given to the original first-time user.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; corrosion or rust; incorrect assembly or the installation of third party parts or accessories not compatible with the original design; accidental or intentional damage; misuse or neglect; commercial use; improper storage/care of the unit.

3. Statutory rights
Consumers have statutory rights in relation to the Baby Jogger® products and those rights are not affected by the commercial warranties offered in relation to the Baby Jogger® pushchairs, car seats and other accessories.
